1. Maternal Child Health & Nutrition Coordinator

Code: MCHN Coord

Dept/Project: Area Development Program

Location: Papua (Wamena)
Major roles:
Lead implementation of Nutrition Program including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation in alignment with WV Indonesia strategy.

Qualifications:

- S1 in Public Health (Nutrition)/Doctor
- Experiences in health project
- Based in NTT

2. Health Specialist

Code : Health

Dept/Project : Aceh Development Program

Major Roles :
Responsible to provide advice and assistance to all working area in Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, Aceh Jaya and Aceh Barat. Oversee the health programs design, redesign, evaluation, and implementation; government official coordination; and health surveillance for the Aceh Development Program.

Qualifications :

- Minimum S1 in Public Health / Medical Doctor
- Min. 3 years field experiences in community development program particularly in health project
- Strong skills on mother and child health as well as water and sanitation issues
- Good project management, networking and advocacy skill
- Able to facilitate training with different audiences background
- Willing to be based at project site

3. Child Ministry Officer

Code : CMO

Dept/Proj/Unit: U - STAR Surabaya

Major Roles :
To support WV Indonesia’s strategic mandates to “be an authoritative voice at all levels driving change” by become a focal point for the best interest for children; and to ensure that child as a focus of organization ministry will get a proper attention accordingly to organization commitment and direction; especially for the protection of children living in poor situation in urban setting.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree in Social Welfare/Science, Psychology, Human Rights or related field.
- Min 3 year experiences working in child rights/protection works; be able to speak on Child Rights/CWB with authority, be a good communicator and writer – able to produce high quality article and research, have sound experience in child rights research.
- Based in Surabaya

4. Campaign Communication Officer

Code : CCO

Dept/Proj/Unit: Communication

Major Roles :

To support the aims of the Global Child Health Campaign. A central part of the national office campaign planning taskforce, the CCO will propose external communications activities that will underpin the goals of the campaign. The CCO will then undertake those activities including proactively seeking stories that illustrate the campaign; providing a range of written, video and audio communications resources/materials for use by national office communicators and communications staff worldwide; undertaking national media relations work to convey campaign messages to key audiences; facilitating (foreign) media visits; and ensuring optimal use of digital resources including the national website and social media.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree in Communications Studies.
- Min. of two years experience as a journalist or freelancer, or working in PR firms, ad agency, or similar experience.
- English-language fluency (written and verbal).
- Excellent writing and photographic skills.
- Excellent skills in design and desktop publishing.
- Specialist skills in several aspects of media production, such as copywriting, editing, book publishing, digital media or website development.

5. Campaign Coordinator

Code : Camp

Dept/Proj/Unit: Advocacy

Major Roles :
Plans, leads and organizes advocacy work within the campaign team. Plays a lead role in delivering the Global Child Health Campaign (GCHC).

Qualifications :

- S1 degree in relevant area
- Min 5 years experience in campaigning, advocacy and communications; and experience of developing this capacity in other people
- Experience in developing and deliverying campaign strategies
- Strong project management experience
- Experience of working in a complex, international and cross-cultural environment
- Ability of managing a network

6. Program Officer

Code : PO

Location: Jakarta, Aceh

Major Roles :

- Provide technical assistance, capacity building, and resource development in design, monitoring and evaluation process including reporting.
- Resource Acquisition & Management: Developing Private Non-Sponsorship and Grant funding proposals.
- Acting as the key liaison between donors and project/program implementers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree, preferably in International relation or Program Management
- Min. TOEFL Score 550
- Competent in Log frame designs
- Strong experience in project management (design) and proposal writing
- Excellent communication skill
- Based in Padang

7. Program Development Coordinator

Code : PD - HEA

Dept. : Humanitarian Emergency Affairs (HEA)

Major Roles:
Responsible for the management of a project cycle start from the initiating the project, writing up the proposal, negotiation, contract signing, project monitoring, writing & submitting the report during the implementation phase. The process will make sure that disaster management component will be capture in the project design.

Qualifications:

- Min. S1 degree in relevant field
- Min. TOEFL Score 500
- Min 2 years experience in humanitarian works
- Strong experience in project management (design) and proposal writing
- Excellent communication skill

8. Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Code : FAS

Dept. : Urban Jakarta

Major Roles:
Supervise the financial management functions that include financial planning, analysis and ensure the accountability of transactions, asset, legal aspect and policy implementation in order to implement high quality ministry that ensure improving well being of children that align with urban design.

Qualifications:

- S1 degree in Accounting
- Min. 3 years experiences as Accountant and leadership roles is a must

9. Finance Officer

Code : Fin WSEER

Dept. : Padang

Major Roles:
Manage day-to-day financial transaction to ensure internal control system in place.

Qualifications:

- S1 degree in Accounting
- Min. 2 years experiences as Accountant
- Based in Padang

10. Program Manager

Code: ADP

Major Roles:
Manage the implementation of community development program to ensure quality deliverables that bring impacts to the well being of children in the community.

Qualifications:

- S-1 Degree in any discipline, Master Degree is preferred
- Competent in project management with proven track records
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing projects and leadership roles is a must
- Experience in the humanitarian work
- TOEFL Score is 500
- Based in Papua (Jayapura, Wamena); NTT (Kupang); Sulawesi/Maluku (Parimo, Touna); Kalimantan (Sekadau, Landak)

11. Receptionist

Code : Rec

Major Roles :

Responsible for handling telephone, fax, guest and other administration task in the front office.
Qualifications:

- Min. D1 degree
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in English

12. Business Facilitator

Code : BF

Dept. : ADP Surabaya 2

Location : Surabaya

Major Roles:
To assist community members within the Surabaya Area Development Program (ADP) to build their entrepreneurial capacity, fostering business talent and ideas and improving the individual and ADP area economic development.

Qualifications :

- S1 degree in Business Administration/Commerce
- Practical business knowledge with an emphasis on marketing
- Financial management skills
- Fluent in English
- Experienced in motorcycle riding and have a clean license.

13. Project Finance Support

Code : Fin

Dept. : Finance

Location : Jakarta

Major Roles:
Provide service for financial system & accountability within the region & provide financial report with analysis for cash and project performance within the region Papua - Wamena & Jakarta projects.

Qualifications:

- S1 degree in Accounting
- Min. 2 years experiences as Accountant
- Sun system administrator and report writer knowledge
- Able to operate & create report by vision XL & vision executive

14. Nutrition Specialist - NTT

Code : NUT NTT

Dept. : ROM NTT

Location : Kupang

Major Roles:
Responsible in ensuring MCH and nutrition projects meets performance goals by developing MCH and Nutrition strategy, providing technical support & capacity building , and monitoring the implementation of the project in NTT region. The Nutrition Specialist will maintain and enhance the role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia especially in build networking and advocating for and responding to MCH and Nutrition needs in NTT as related to WV Indonesia Strategy.

Qualifications:

- Master degree in Public Health or S1 degree in Public Health/medicine with 5 years experience in Nutrition projects
- Experience in Advocacy works
